Construction Update

Construction progress at Queen Church continues to advance steadily. Shoring and excavation activities are set to carry on through February 2025, laying the groundwork for the project's structural foundation.

Demolition work is now substantially complete, with only the north neighbour party wall remaining; this final segment is anticipated to conclude in the next three weeks. Vertical drilling for the piles and caisson wall is nearing completion, allowing bulk excavation to commence shortly thereafter. As demolition wraps up, the demolition hoarding has been removed, making way for the installation of construction hoarding to ensure safety and efficiency on-site. Forming activities are on schedule to begin in the first quarter of 2025, marking the next significant phase of construction.
