Construction Update - August 2025

Excitement is building at Royal Bayview as homeowners begin to move in. Our teams are moving through the final stages of construction and putting the finishing touches on the community both inside and out.

Safety hoarding from around the site has been removed, revealing the substantially finished building façade, and the north tower hoist has been dismantled, marking a major milestone. Along the city frontage, the road has been widened and new sidewalks have also been completed, making it easier to access the community with a beautifully finished public realm.

Landscaping continues, with hardscape work complete and softscape planting in progress throughout the community. Just to the north, the City Parkette is taking shape. With the play structure now installed and hardscaping underway, this new green space will bring added connection to the community.

Inside, final finishes are progressing across suites and common areas. Amenity spaces like the fitness centre, party room, and lounge are getting their final touches, with paint, millwork, and tilework now complete. Furniture in the amenity spaces has just been installed, as well as on the exterior terrace. Suite finishing is progressing well, with drywall work now up to the 13th floor in the south tower and final hoist suites being completed in the north tower.

Surrounded by greenery and steps from the Ladies’ Golf Club of Toronto, Royal Bayview is now welcoming its first residents. A new era of living in Thornhill has officially begun.
