Construction Update

The construction of Royal Bayview is advancing smoothly, with significant progress being made across various fronts of the development. In the South tower, the forming process has reached the 11th floor, as it steadily rises towards its “top off” height. Similarly, the North tower is not far behind, with forming currently underway on the 9th floor.

Both towers have seen the successful installation of hoists, marking a crucial step in facilitating the vertical transportation of materials and workers. The precast installation is making headway, with the South tower reaching the 5th floor and the North tower closely following with progress on the 4th floor. Window installation has also recently commenced.

With forming expected to conclude later this year, Royal Bayview is swiftly moving towards its next milestones. The next phases of construction will play a pivotal role in defining the aesthetic appeal of the towers, signaling the transition from structural completion towards the finishing stages that will characterize Royal Bayview as a landmark residential community.
