Construction Update
Construction at The Dupont is progressing well! The ground floor slab was completed this past November, and we recently secured above-grade permits to allow initiation of second-floor construction near the end of 2023. As concrete forming continues in full swing, the third floor will soon begin construction in the coming months with window and drywall installations tentatively scheduled to follow later this year.
Soon, you will begin to see The Dupont’s beautiful architecture in the sky as both the structure and anticipation continue to rise.
