A DC microgrid powers this streamlined suite, using fewer materials to maximize living space. Features serve dual purposes: the hot water tank acts as a thermal battery, the balcony has solar panels, and a battery charges during off-peak hours.
Breathe Better, Shine Naturally, Live Comfortably
Smart lighting mirrors natural light to support circadian rhythms or can be set to Scenes like Cook, Relax, or Focus. Built on one channel, residents can move lights around the suite, adjusting color temperature and index to fit their needs.
50% Lower Carbon Emissions
AeroBarrier Technology creates an airtight space for climate control. The ERV system adjusts to CO2 and humidity, enhancing air quality and saving energy. A smart air filter with a charcoal HEPA filter auto-adjusts for optimal air quality.
