Construction Update

At Westerly 1, formwork on the mechanical penthouse is ongoing. The precast erection is progressing, alongside the installation of the window wall and curtain wall systems, which are shaping the building’s exterior.

At Westerly 2, the formwork phase was completed in November, marking a major milestone for the community. Precast erection, window wall, and curtain wall installations are advancing, while balcony railing installations have begun. Inside the building, suite and corridor channeling and boarding are well underway, preparing for interior finishing to continue in 2025.

As work progresses, the area remains busy with heavy road traffic from hauling trucks, concrete deliveries, city transit vehicles, and high foot traffic during school hours. Occasional noise and dust are expected, and we appreciate your patience as we complete this community.
