Construction Update
Construction at Westerly is progressing well! Shoring and excavation work wrapped up in 2023, with ground floor forming currently in progress at Westerly, and vertical construction from Level 3 to Level 4 underway at Westerly 2. The plumbing permit for Westerly was secured in January 2024.
If you happen to be near the site, you’ll notice plywood hoarding containing beautiful artwork showcasing the talents of a local artist that collaborated with children from a nearby school.
Looking ahead, each building’s envelope, including windows and balconies are set for work to begin later this year, with forming activities on track to wrap up in late 2024.
