Construction Update - October 2025

The excitement at Westerly continues to grow. Westerly 2 recently welcomed its first residents, and Westerly 1 is moving steadily toward completion. Each week brings meaningful progress as this new community comes to life.

At Westerly 1, the crane was removed in June, and the hoist is coming down this week, marking another major step forward. Inside, finishing work continues, with tile and countertops complete up to the 8th floor, kitchens being installed on the 10th, and drywall boarding reaching the 16th. Landscaping on the 5th floor will begin by the end of October, and first occupancy is set to begin in December starting with floors 2 through 7.

At Westerly 2, first occupancy took place on October 14, 2025, with residents now settling into floors 2 through 12. Finishing work continues on the upper floors, with flooring installed up to 21st floor, kitchens on 24th, and tile and countertops on 25th. Landscaping is nearly finished, with only small details left to complete.

As construction continues and more residents begin to settle in, the Westerly community is transforming from vision to reality. These two towers will soon be the heart of a connected, thriving community in Etobicoke, and we look forward to you being a part of it.
