Beginning in July, we unveiled The Loft by Sean Brown x Tridel, our first collaboration with Sean, offering a new perspective on what a model suite can be. Located in Classic Series II at The Well, this immersive suite invited visitors to see what home can feel like when it is infused with culture, identity, and story.

The Loft brings emotion and creative perspective into a traditional living space. The result is a suite that feels deeply personal, designed not just to be seen but to be felt as you walk in.

Meet Sean Brown

Sean Brown is a multidisciplinary artist, designer, and founder of the acclaimed lifestyle brand Curves. Known for merging music, fashion, and culture into thoughtful physical spaces and collectible design objects, Sean brings a rich perspective to everything he creates.

With this collaboration, Sean brings his creative lens to residential design. He blends intentional styling with elements of his own lived experience, rooted in storytelling and cultural memory.

The Inspiration Behind The Loft

Every element inside the suite was chosen with purpose. From the placement of novel records to vintage magazines and original artwork, the space reflects a layered cultural perspective. Sean wanted people to not only be inspired, but also feel a connection as they walked in.

The Loft is warm, approachable, and full of character. The space feels familiar in the best way. Chairs are arranged to invite conversation. A Curves tote bag rests against a bouclé chair. Closets are filled with meaningful accessories. Stacked in the TV console are Sean’s favourite films, and his vinyl collection is on full display. Every element works together to create a mood that is both personal and grounded.
